WHY IS MATERIALS TESTING PERFORMED?
Materials Testing is performed for a variety of reasons and can provide a wealth of information about the tested materials, prototypes or product samples. The data collected during testing and the final test results can be very useful to engineers, designers, production managers and others.
Here are some of the reasons material testing is important:

WHY IS CALIBRATION IMPORTANT ?
Calibration is important because it helps ensure accurate measurements, and accurate measurements are foundational to the quality, safety and innovation of most products and services we use and rely on every day.
There are three main reasons for having instruments calibrated:
- To ensure readings from an instrument are consistent with other measurements.
- To determine the accuracy of the instrument readings.
- To establish the reliability of the instrument i.e. that it can be trusted.

We can undertake testing of almost all Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, Aluminum, Copper, Zinc, Nickel metal and metal alloys (pieces, powder or chips) by state of the art Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) and Wet Analysis.

All solid and liquid fuels like Coal, Coke, Bagass, Furnace Oil etc are tested. Physical, Wear metal Analysis, Equipment Condition Monitoring by testing of all Oils & fuels like Engine oils,Gear oils,Hydraulic fluids,Coal, Lignite,Bio-fuels, Furnace oil etc.

Hardness, pH , Acidity, Alkalinity, Sulphates, Chlorides, Suspended matter etc and other regular tests of water for construction purpose.

Kailtech is recognized by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for testing of LDPE Films, Pipes, Sockets and Fittings of HDPE, PVC, CPVC,UPVC, Woven Sacks, Emitters, Sprinklers, Plastic Feeding Bottles, Drinking Water Containers, Pouches etc.
